Admin center

The Admin center is where administrators configure and govern the workspace. Each tab is documented on its own page.

Tabs

• Organization — name and internal-domain identity.
• Teams — manage people, assign roles, draw the reporting hierarchy, and control each person's ArcGlass access and meeting/email sync.
• Pipelines — configure and monitor processing.
• Conversation types — define the conversation types your team runs (discovery, demo, renewal, and so on) and manage their playbooks.
• Sensitive Conversations — owner-only review of conversations the sensitivity classifier set aside, with one-click restore.
• Billing — plan, seats, and invoices.
• Usage — conversations processed, runs, and seats.
• Email Provider — outbound sender and defaults.
• Audit log — security-relevant events (available to admins).

Enterprise identity (SSO & SCIM) is set up with your account team.
